The Basic Principles of Design 4 is divided into three-sections, first Color 1, second Graphic Exercises and third Dimensional Design. Color 1 is taught by Zwimpfer M. "Objective, differentiated knowledge of the appearances, interrelationships and working criteria of color is the goal of this course. Objectivity is achieved through the observation of color relationships under changing conditions and not through color theory."
Graphic Exercises is taught by Maier M. "In this course fundamental concepts and design processes are developed in elementary exercises that require creative decisions. Clearly determined conditions are manipulated, analyzed and developed over a period of time, using simple graphic media. An understanding of the entire working process is the result. Criteria are defined and differentiated according to the actual working situation."
Dimensional Design is taught by Grossenbacher M." Consciousness of three-dimensionality is weekend by daily confrontation with the environment. The goals of this course are to perceive, discover and experience dimensional objects, form, structures and abstractions."
If you like these books I still could find some of them in amazon. Since my copy is ex-library I didn't have the box to piles all the books. After read this book maybe we are rely on to technology too much. Sometimes hand work could give more unexpected results.
